Plantiv is a plant identification and plant care assistance application developed by Nexdev. Our services are available on mobile devices, tablets, and any future technologies that support our content.
By downloading or using Plantiv – Plant Scan & Care, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them, together with our Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully to understand the agreement between you and Plantiv. We may update these Terms from time to time within the App. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
This App is intended for users aged 13 and above and must be used in compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

2. Registration for Services

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property available within the App—excluding user-generated content such as photos of plants—are owned by Nexdev or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App or its services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting unauthorized access to any system or feature
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or tampering with the App
• Uploading malicious files or harmful content
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws

We may share limited, necessary data with legal authorities if required by law or to protect our users and services..

6. Subscription Fees and Payments
WildLens offers access to premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan – Renews automatically unless canceled
• Yearly Plan – Renews automatically unless canceled

All subscription prices and details are displayed in the App. Payments are charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.

8. Consent to Share Usage Data with Apple
By using in-app purchases, you consent to allow the App to share anonymized usage data with Apple. This helps Apple make refund decisions and may include metadata about feature access and usage frequency.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your account and access to associated data may be permanently revoked.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
WildLens is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will meet all expectations. Nexdev shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexdev, its affiliates, partners, and staff from claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. General
