NoteID is an innovative mobile application developed by Nexdev that allows users to identify banknotes and learn more about them. Our services are accessible via mobile devices, tablets, and future-compatible platforms.
By using NoteID, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the app.
Your continued use after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
NoteID is intended for users aged 13 and above and requires compliance with the laws and regulations of your place of residence.

2. Registration and Account Creation
To access certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and current information such as a valid email address.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. In case of unauthorized access or any security breach, contact us immediately at nexdev.helpdesk@gmail.com.

3. Privacy PolicyYour personal data is collected and handled with utmost care. All practices related to data collection, storage, and processing are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to those practices.

4. Content and Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, designs, software, and other intellectual property in NoteID belong to Nexdev or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-commercial, personal license to use the app and its content.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.

5. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the app in any way, including but not limited to:

• Attempting unauthorized access
• Interfering with app functionality
• Engaging in illegal activities

We reserve the right to share information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. Subscriptions and Pricing
NoteID offers both free features and premium content through paid subscriptions. The available plans are:

• Weekly Subscription
• Monthly Subscription
• Yearly Subscription

Subscription pricing and benefits are clearly displayed within the app.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage this via your Apple ID settings.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
To cancel:

• Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Find NoteID and cancel your plan

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policies. As the developer, we do not issue refunds directly.

8. Sharing Usage Data with Apple
By using the app and making purchases, you consent to the sharing of consumption data with Apple for refund processing purposes. This includes how purchased content is accessed and used, but does not include personal identifying information.

9. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the app and its content will end immediately.

10. Disclaimers
NoteID is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of banknote data, or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Nexdev is not liable for any loss, damages, or disruptions arising from use of the app.

11. Indemnification
By using the app, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexdev and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the app.

12. General TermsThese Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nexdev regarding NoteID.
