By using HairStyle – Try New Looks, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"), confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted them, along with our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription Fees and Payments
HairStyle – Try New Looks offers both free and premium versions.
Premium features may be offered through subscription plans (weekly, monthly, or yearly), which will be clearly displayed in the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the current billing period ends.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.

8. Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will meet every user’s needs.To the extent permitted by law, Nexdev is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexdev, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

12. General
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and HairStyle – Try New Looks.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.
